• Warranty Period: 06/12 months (based on the product model) with the condition of activating the warranty by scanning the QR code provided on the Warranty Card. Product Purchase Invoice/Receipt must contain the unique product code and the invoice must be uploaded while activating the warranty.

• Warranty activation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase date mentioned in the Purchase Invoice/Receipt.

• Warranty facility depends on the required proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt having purchase date, product serial number, online submission).

• This limited warranty is valid only in Bangladesh an only for FreedConn Official Products.

• During the warranty period, FreedConn Bangladesh or its authorized dealers will service/replace the Product at its sole discretion after testing it.

• This warranty is against manufacturing defects only.

• This warranty is invalid if the defect is caused by: misuse or abuse, exposure to liquids apart from the ones mentioned in the user manual, excessive humidity or extreme environment conditions, unauthorized modification or repairs, improper installation, accidents, use of Fast Charging Adapter (more than 5 watts), or other acts beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer.

• To claim the warranty, the customer must present the following legitimate, non-modified documents and items:

  • Original Warranty Card

  • Original Purchase Invoice/Receipt

  • The Product

  • Product package with all contents

• This is a limited warranty and FreedConn Bangladesh shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages owing to the use, or inability to use the product.

• Please read the manufacturer's Product Manual/User Guide and comply strictly to avail the warranty.

• In case of warranty service, your product must be kept with us for 24 to 72 hours for inspection. The buyer will bear all the costs of sending/receiving your product for warranty service. During the warranty period, the service charge of the product will be free and if any parts need to be changed, the customer must pay the cost of the parts.

• If water enters the product due to the customer's negligence/if the main components of the product are damaged due to additional charges, no service will be provided by the dealer/company.
